Provide the construction management team consists of Site Manager,
Senior Engineers, Engineer Supervisors and OHS Supervisor.
•
Representation of Owner's interests for achieving a successful
project completion (quality, time and budget focused); preparation,
organization, coordination and supervision
of site works with PT Holcim team, contractors, and suppliers,
including with Holcim Beton as a
supplier for concrete.
•
Coordination with the Owner’s supervisors to control of
all works related to the above works.
•
Verification and follow up of issues arising during the execution
of erection and construction in close collaboration with PT Holcim
project team personnel.
•
Recommendation of corrective measures when deviations from set
targets are recognized. Rendering support during project conclusion
audit based on the continuous project monitoring documents and
feed back received throughout the project implementation
phase.
