Indonesian citizen, born in Kediri, East Java, 1947. After graduating as civil engineer from ITB, he earned his master's degree (cum laude) and Doctoral degree in Project management from University of Indonesia. He has been working for 34 years in the construction and project management profession. Before his current appointment as President Director of PT. PROSYS Bangun Persada, he held some leadership positions including in PT. Krakatau Engineering, PT. Rekayasa Industri, PT. Krakatau Information Technology and PT Mega Eltra. He was a founder of The Indonesian Chapter of Project Management Institute and Chairman of Association of Indonesian Project Management Experts. He is still lecturing for The University of Indonesia and PII courses for professional certification in engineering, procurement and construction & project management.

Indonesian citizen, born in Medan, North Sumatera , 1962 . He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Faculty of Applied Science and Civil Engineering from University of Toronto, Canada and Master of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Finance from San Francisco State University, San Francisco, USA. Before joining PROSYS in 2007, he has earned his years of experiences by working in banking paper and telecommunication industries as well as having lead his own companies from building material supplier and contractor in Batam and Singapore to a developer in Gold Coast, Australia
